Jannah aka Plex is a librarian who loves to play video games, perform storytimes for her friends and family, crochet, and make music - sometimes in the library, much to the chagrin of her coworkers. She has done multiple voiceover work projects for library services and events. She previously spent several years as a 9-1-1 dispatcher and volunteer during disasters. Jannah grew up around earthquakes and wildfires all over California and wants to help people who have experienced trauma through storytelling and art. She loves coffee, tea, anime, hugs, science fiction and fantasy, animals, and rain. She lives in the Pacific Northwest with her husband and the sweetest kitty, Moira.

About Moira
Moira (fka Ivy) is a domestic shorthair tabby cat who was found as a teen mom stray in the rural town of Willits, California. Jannah met her at the Ukiah Animal Shelter and it was love at first boop. Moira immediately came out of her cage, climbed down Jannah's back to join the party on the ground, and struck up conversation - and we haven't been able to get her to shut up ever since.
Moira loves snoozing curled up in the crook behind your knee, investigating canvas tote bags, licking every crinkly item she can find, decorating the house with yarn, forcing open the closet to explore its dark recesses, her evening zoomies session, and having long drawn-out chats with whomever will converse with her. Or even if they won't. She likes to hear herself talk. She wears many hats as entertainer, companion, muse, confidante, and nurse and everyone she meets is automatically her friend within about 10 seconds. She is, truly, one of the bestest girls out there.
